| My name is Victoria Way and I am a Certified Appraiser with the
"Certified Appraisers Guild of America". (C.A.G.A. appraiser) A Certified Appraiser is required to attend
professional training and pass a comprehensive exam before becoming certified. Special emphasis is given to
Internal Revenue Service appraisal requirements, charitable donation appraisals, bankruptcy appraisals, insurance
appraisals, appraisals for divorce, and casualty loss appraisals. If you would like an appraisal for legal purposes

their Code of Professional Ethics and Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice. I am one of only a few
